What condition are the watches in?
Every listing shows the watch in full detail with unretouched photographs and states the condition plainly. Marks, wear, sizing and the contents of the box are all described.
Can I return a watch?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return a watch for a full refund, provided the protective stickers are intact and it has not been sized. Contact us first and we will send an insured return label.
Do you ship outside the US?
Unfortunately we only ship across the United States only.
What does "unworn" mean?
The watch has never been worn since leaving the boutique. Protective stickers are still in place and the warranty card is either unstamped or stamped within the last few months.
